1. North Atlantic Sea Route: It Connects North-East America And North-Western Europe. It Is The Busiest Sea Route In The World And Is Called The Big Trunk Route.
2 Mediterranean-Indian Ocean Route: This Sea Route Passes Through Said Port, Aden, Mumbai, Colombo And Singapore. This Trading Route Links The Highly Industrialized Western European Region With The Commercial Agricultural And Animal Husbandry Economies Of West Africa, South Africa, South-East Asia And Australia And New Zealand.
3. Cape Of Good Hope Sea Route: This Is Another Important Sea Route From The Atlantic Middle Sea, Which Connects West European And West African Countries With Brazil, Argentina And Uruguay In South America.
4 North Pacific Good Hope Sea Route: This Sea Route Connects The Ports Located On The West Coast Of North America With Asia. These Ports Are Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco And Los Angeles On The US Side And Yokohama, Kobe, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Manila And Singapore On The Asia Side.
5. South Pacific Sea Route: This Sea Route Connects Western Europe And North America And Scattered Pacific Islands Through The Panama Canal.

1. Volga System: It Is The Largest Watercourse System In The World, In Which 11,200 Km Of Navigable Waterway Is Available. The Moscow Region Is Connected To It By The Volga-Moscow Canal.
2. Panama Canal: This Canal Has Been Created By Cutting The Panama Strait. It Connects The Pacific Ocean And The Caribbean Sea. Panama On Its Pacific Coast And Cologne Port On The Caribbean Coast Are Located. This 72 Km Long Canal Reduces The Distance Between New York And San Francisco By 13000 Km.
Suez Canal: It Is The World’s Largest Navigable Canal Which Connects The Mediterranean Sea With The Red Sea. The Northernmost Port On It Is Port Said And The Southernmost Port Is Port Suez. French Engineer Ferdinard De Lessep Played An Important Role In The Construction Of This Canal. This Canal, Completed In 1869, Separates The Lower Part Of The Nile Basin From The Sinai Peninsula. The Port On The North Side Of This Canal Is Port Said And The Port On The Southern Bank Is Suez. Port Fod, Port Tofik And Ismalia Are Important Ports In The Middle. This 162 Km Long Canal Was Nationalized By The Egyptian Government In 1956.
